OUR JOURNEY

We have been keeping bees for over 20 years on Washington states Olympic Peninsula. As professional artists working with beeswax it began as an exploration into learning more about the medium of wax and how it was made. It quickly turned into an obsession and deep love for the amazing North American honey bee, aka; western honey bee (Apis mellifera). Our bees are treated as part of the family. We pride ourselves on giving them the healthiest environment possible using no harmful chemicals, only natural supplements such as probiotics. Doing what we can in our corner of the world because we know without the bees it would be a very different world.

OUR HONEY

PURE , NATURAL and RAW

Keeping it simple… with the exception of the holiday season we offer one variety and one size of honey. It's a blend that combines the medicinal qualities of Hawthorne and Burdock from the Dungeness region near the Strait of Juan de Fuca with the rich sweetness of Wildflower and BlackBerry from the Sequim Prairie. Our honey is extracted with care by hand and stored at the same temperature as the interior of a healthy hive (approximately 92°). Our customers most always comment about how nice it is to be handed a warm jar of honey!

It’s best but not required to call or text us @ 360.670.7112. We’re generally open 7 days a week 10 to 6. We invite you to stop by year-round for a taste and in the Summer for a tour of the apiary.
